While we ensure fast and efficient service,  safety and quality are our highest priority. As such, maintenance is a key  part of our success and real time data entry ensures repairs are communicated  to our shop and sequenced according to priority.

Our maintenance program ensures units are brought in for inspections every 125 hrs. We proudly have a team of full-time, Red Seal, heavy duty mechanics along with a fully rigged mobile mechanic truck that keeps our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.

At Compass, we understand the value in community engagement and support. Annually, we contribute to community programs such as youth sports, the maintenance of public recreational sites and facilities, and support local events in the Peace Region. One of the larger events we support every year is the Halfway River Rodeo. Our company and our employees enjoy attending and participating in the event.
